Power-vs-time line with removed intervals highlighted per filter.

A full-data power Curve backdrop plus one scatter layer per filter step that removed intervals, followed by a final scatter of the points retained after all filtering. Zero-removal steps (e.g. RepCond) are skipped for the per-step scatter layers; see get_summary/ describe_filters for the full step list.
