Performance Ratio

Functions and classes for computing performance ratio (PR) metrics. These are separate from the ASTM E2848 capacity test workflow.

prtest.perf_ratio(ac_energy, dc_nameplate, poa)	Calculate performance ratio.

Results from a PR calculation.
